Kate Spade. Brilliant purses & amazing quality. Let’s just say, I’ve gotten just a couple of new Kate Spade purses in the past couple of months… Or 5 purses to be exact.. Not including the 2 wallets and the new poncho that’s sitting in my closet. Yes, I know, it’s become an obsession.. I’ve got a passion for fashion! 

My new favorite accessory for this fall is this burgundy leather purse, complete with blush pink suede & just the littlest details that make this bag a one of a kind. 

Makes even the simpliest of outfits pop!

Classy Casual 

Off jet setting this year? Well here’s a cute but casual outfit to help you arrive to your destination in style! 

It’s my favorite oufit for traveling. I paired my comfy leggings with a long white button up shirt, threw a grey sweatshirt on top, a trench coat, it can get a get quite chilly at such high altitudes. Throw some accessories on and ta da! Adorbable!  

 

Smoothie Bowls

I dont know about you all but ive been obsessing over smoothie bowls! Its a wonderful bowl of deliciousness and antioxidents. Throughout the next couple weeks, ill be posting some of my favorites!

Today’s smoothie bowl is quite tropical! If you love coconut, you’ll love this!

-Coconut Berry Smoothie Bowl-

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/4 cup frozen peaches

1/2 cup frozen berries

1 banana

1/4 cup honey yogurt (Zoi: Honey, is my favorite brand)

1/2 cup coconut milk (or until the mixture is smooth)

2 tlbs. coconut flakes

1 tlbs. chia seeds

1/4 cup coconut granola

1 tlbs. buckwheat

Place the coconut milk, yogurt & banana in the blender and blend until smooth. Place all the frozen ingredients in afterwards. Once everything is all blend together, place your smoothie in a bowl.

Top your smoothie bowl with the coconut flakes, chia seeds, granola & buckwheat.

Its so simple and so good!

Brussel Sprout & Zuchinni Fritatta

Brussel Sprout & Zuchinni Fritatta

-Ingredients-

8 eggs

6 brussel sprouts

1/2 of a diced red pepper

1/2 of a diced onion

1 small zuchinni

1/4 cup feta

fresh rosemary

salt & pepper

-Baked Tomatoes-

10 cherry tomatoes

1 tlbs. olive oil

salt & pepper

Place the cast iron pan on the stove and drizzle olive oil in the pan, place the diced onions, brussels sprouts, red pepper & zuchinni in the pan and let sit for 10-15 minutes or until sauteed.

While waiting for the veggies to sautee, place tomatoes on a baking sheet then drizzle olive oil and season with salt & pepper. Broil for 8-10 minutes at 525F.

When veggies are softened, poured the whisked eggs in the cast iron pan and sprinkle the feta cheese over the mixture.

Place the fritatta in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes or until the egg mixture has set.

Take out fritatta and place the baked tomatoes on top & sprinkle more feta cheese on top because you doesnt love more feta?!
